Mr. Liu Yansheng: Chinese nationality, 54 years old, without permanent residency abroad. Bachelor degree, senior economist. He has served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Xuchang Automobile Transmission Shaft General Factory, Deputy Director of Sales, Director of the Factory, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. He served as Chairman and Party Secretary of Xuchang Far East Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. Since November 2007, he has served as chairman, general manager and party secretary of Xuchang Automobile Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu Yansheng also served as a director of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers; chairman of the Transmission Axis Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers; executive vice chairman of the Transmission Axis Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers; vice chairman of the Henan Enterprise Management Association; vice chairman of the Henan Automobile Industry Association Long; vice president of Xuchang City Federation of Industry and Commerce; representatives of the fourth and fifth Xuchang City People's Congress.
